REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
The City of Alcoa will be accepting statements of qualifications from professional consulting firms and/or individuals to provide inspection services and a repair/replacement design plan for two greenway boardwalk and bridge sections spanning Pistol Creek and Springfield Branch stream sections.
Statements of qualifications (SOQs) for services will be received until 2:00 p.m., Thursday November 2nd, 2023, at the offices of the Alcoa Development Services Department, 725 Universal Street, Alcoa, Tennessee. SOQs received by the said time will be opened and reviewed for consideration. SOQs received after said time will not be opened. SOQs mailed for this contract should be mailed to Megan Brooks, Development Services Director, City of Alcoa Development Services Department, 725 Universal Street, Alcoa, Tennessee 37701. The submitter shall be responsible for their early delivery. Proposals in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) format may be e-mailed to . Mailed, e-mailed and hand-delivered SOQs should be labeled "Alcoa Greenway Bridge Inspection and Repair Statement of Qualifications." It is preferred that all SOQs are submitted in a PDF format via email as an attachment or link. Mailed or hand delivered SOQs should be submitted on an external USB drive.
