Planned Electric Outage!!
Alcoa Electric will have a planned outage at the Blockhouse Substation, starting tonight, September 3, at midnight and lasting approximately four hours. This outage is to make permanent repairs related to the large unplanned outage last week. The only customers affected are the customers fed out of the Blockhouse substation. General areas affected are listed: Blockhouse Rd., Montvale Rd., Best Rd., Carpenters Grade Rd., Six Mile Rd., Old Piney Rd., Butler Mill Rd., Butterfly Gap, Laws Chapel, Wilkinson Pike, Ridge Rd, Chilhowee View Rd., Pineview Rd., and Tuckaleechee Pike.
