The City of Alcoa website is changing—and for the better!
The City of Alcoa announces an update and redesign of our current website. Since the beginning of 2022, City of Alcoa employees have worked with CivicPlus to update and redesign the current website, and as of June 20 after 4:00 p.m., the website will switch to the new design.
This design features a homepage update that will increase user navigation, highlight the main needs of customers, and provide key information and updates for the City of Alcoa. Each department with resident and visitor public interface will now feature “main graphic buttons” that highlight specific questions and requests on the main department landing page.
From “How to Pay My Electric Bill” to “Residential Garbage Pickup Dates,” this website aims to improve accessibility to questions and needs for the residents and visitors of Alcoa.
