The City of Alcoa Public Works & Engineering Department crews are currently installing water lines at the intersection of E. Edison St. and Springbrook Rd. On Monday, November 23, 2020, Springbrook Rd. between E. Edison St. and Universal St. will be temporarily closed. During this time residents traveling along Springbrook Rd. should allow a few extra minutes to navigate the detour that will proceed from E. Edison St. to Springbrook Rd. via Universal St.
