Alcoa City Manager Mark Johnson said, “The business and residents of the City of Alcoa are fortunate to have the highly skilled and dedicated fincance group that we have working for us. They are a serious-minded team of finance professionals and we appreciate the work they do for the City.” The Certificate of Achievement is the highest form of recognition in the area of governmental accounting and financial reporting, and its attainment represents a significant accomplishment by a government and its management.
