For the public safety due to the emergence of COVID-19, the City of Alcoa Police Department announced that it has cancelled its March municipal court dates and reset them to April.
All court cases/dates have been cancelled and rescheduled as follows:

Additional measures have been made to reduce walk-in traffic by offering to email copies of accident reports and incident reports. Requests for these reports can be made by emailing the request to firstname.lastname@example.org.

If your ticket/citation is for a Proof of Insurance Violation or a Registration Violation, please call the police department office at 865-981-4111 to discuss your options.
- If you choose to pay your ticket/citation prior to your court date, please go to the City of Alcoa website (https://www.municipalonlinepayments.com/alcoatn) and use the link to make your payment online.
- If you choose, prior to your court date, to pay your ticket/citation with an installment plan please call the office to make those arrangements.
