Lane Closures
[Alcoa, TN]—The City of Alcoa advises motorists on water line replacement work that will begin on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at the intersection of East Lincoln Road and N. Wright Road. The duration of the project is expected to last approximately 1 week.
The work will be in the west-bound lane (on the north side of the street) and may at times involve temporary lane shifts into the central turn lane, lane closures, and/or detours through nearby streets. The single eastbound lane (traveling towards East Broadway) on East Lincoln Road will remain open.
Motorists should take extra caution as workers will be present and allow additional travel time to reach their destination when traveling through this location. Motorists are also advised to seek alternate routes through this area until work at the intersection is complete.
