INVITATION TO BID
The City of Alcoa will be accepting bids for the below stated products / services until the specified times on the following days:
- Tuesday, August 27, 2024
- 2:00 p.m.
- DIRECTIONAL UNDERGROUND BORING, RFB 25059
Bids will be received at the office of the Alcoa Purchasing Agent, 223 Associates Blvd., Alcoa, TN until the time of the bid opening for each item. Bids received after said time will not be opened. Bids may be submitted via U.S. Mail/UPS/FedEx, etc., or hand-delivered to Ashley Wagner, Purchasing Agent, City of Alcoa, 223 Associates Blvd., Alcoa, TN 37701. The Bidder shall be responsible for the early delivery of their bid. Mailed bids should be labeled with the appropriate item name, RFB number, opening date and time, and state “Bid Enclosed”. Specifications for these items may be obtained as e-mail attachments from the COA Purchasing Agent: (865) 380-4700.
The City of Alcoa reserves the right to accept or decline any bid, or any part of a bid, made on any proposed purchase.
