Public Works Information:
The City of Alcoa Public Works Department has received news from Waste Connections on their schedule for this week’s recycle pickup:
“Due to persisting hazardous road conditions, we will not be able to safely service our Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday customers this week. Customers are advised to set extra bagged waste or boxed recycling next to their container on their next scheduled service day, and we will collect up to twice their regular service level at no additional charge.”
