The City of Alcoa Public Works & Engineering Department announced today that due to an unusually large amount of brush placed curbside for this week’s pick-up cycle, crews will continue collecting brush on routes not yet covered. This brush collection will continue until Wednesday, April 22nd after which time, the crews will then switch over to next week’s scheduled bulky waste collection.
