Welcome to the Development Services page for the City of Alcoa. This department coordinates planning & development across the various City departments. Development Services strives to be a customer and resident friendly department allowing continued support and resources to those longtime residents while also welcoming and encouraging quality growth for new faces and businesses.
Development Services not only works with the developer in bringing in business but also works on capital improvement projects throughout the City to include greenway and roadway infrastructure projects. These quality amenities are something our current residents and business owners appreciate and will be a great feature to note when considering locating to the City of Alcoa.
